The Mansion is a beautiful resort with an expansive property and a tranquil atmosphere, making it ideal for relaxation. However, the experience was marred by some significant downsides, including misleading room categories, construction noise near the pools, and a dining experience that did not meet expectations. While I appreciated the traditional room we eventually got, the overall service and maintenance of the hotel left much to be desired.

We initially received a disappointing modern room but were later moved to the traditional Villa Residence which was much better, featuring a lovely outdoor bathroom. However, the furnishings could use an upgrade.

Breakfast was underwhelming with limited options, and the noise from construction made it hard to relax. On the bright side, the pools were nice, and the shuttle service to town was convenient.
